Hand sanding just got a big power boost with the introduction of Motor Guard Big-Block sanding blocks. Available in two lengths (6.5 in. and 12 in.), they're built for use with 2.75 in. PSA rolls or standard sheets of abrasive paper. The unique design features three layers of engineered materials that permit just the right degree of flexibility—to ensure even pressure over the large, flat sanding surface while eliminating heat transfer to the hand. Large flat or slightly curved panels can be blocked in a fraction of the time. The exclusive, rounded top edge provides comfort, while the soft center layer provides a finger recess for a super-strong grip. Flip the block over and the rounded edges can be used to power-sand contours and recesses without the pressure points that come from sharp corners.
